Why HeroQuest is so great!

In 1989, MB Games released HeroQuest – a cooperative adventure game pitting heroes against a single Dungeon Master.
A large ‘dungeon’ board was included along with a handful of miniatures for the 4 heroes and a horde of plastic miniatures for the monsters they would face. From such humble beginnings, many nights of adventure were had.
Along with the Fighting Fantasy novels, HeroQuest is what got me started on my love of fantasy gaming. It eventually led to Dungeons & Dragons and all of the other amazing roleplaying games out there.
But, I digress – my point for this post was to highlight a single YouTube video explaining why HeroQuest is so great!
